The Cooper Home program is a transitional program to assist students in moving toward natural supports within the community and the work site while fostering independence.

He is currently in job development with Project SEARCH and the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.

He is working as a stocker at New Mercer Commons Assisted Living.

He is an intern at D-BAT NorCo, moving towards a paid position.

Anais has recently been hired at Target.

Myah is in job development with Project SEARCH and the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.

Project Search is a business-led collaboration that enables young adults with disabilities to maintain employment through career exploration and training.

Community Connections helps students with learning needs transition from high school to adult living and post-secondary education after they have met their high school’s graduation requirements. Graduates learned important life skills, explored careers and became involved with the community.
